This page explains how to delete your account and the personal data associated with it for the Dopamine HIIT mobile app (published on the Apple App Store and Google Play by Alvarez Digital Solutions LLC) and the Train with Flex web service.
In the mobile app (fastest)
Open the Dopamine HIIT mobile app, tap your profile avatar in the top right, scroll to the bottom of the settings sheet, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email (if you can’t reach the app)
Email Train.With.Flex@gmail.com from the address you registered with. Subject line: Account Deletion Request. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar, date of birth)
- PAR-Q+ submission and audit trail
- Liability waiver record and consent history
- Workout sessions, logs, and program assignments
- Meals, habit logs, biometrics, goals, milestones
- Booked sessions and calendar metadata
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
What we have to keep
Payment and transaction records that we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes are kept for the period required by applicable law. These records do not include card numbers or banking details — those live with our payment processor (Square), not with us. If you want Square to delete its records of you, contact Square directly.
Subscriptions and active services
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Square subscription. Cancel the subscription first (from your account dashboard or by emailing us) and then delete the account, otherwise charges will continue.
