Meet Rafique D. 'Flex' Cabral
Personal Trainer & Wellness Curator
My personal journey began with a childhood drive to stay active—a passion that carried me through high-school sports and into the United States Marine Corps. After four years of active-duty service, I transitioned into the health and wellness industry, where I've spent the last 17 years as a personal trainer, fitness model, and corporate wellness curator.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with world-class organizations and publications. My corporate portfolio includes wellness curation and programming for the NFL, NYU, and Howard Hughes. As a fitness model and contributor, my work and insights have been featured in GQ, Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Flex, and Maxim. I have also served as a brand ambassador for Isopure, helping athletes & fitness enthusiasts bridge the gap between nutrition and performance.
My philosophy is simple: our physical bodies are the summation of our daily habits. To create lasting change, our actions must align with our intentions. In a society increasingly burdened by preventable chronic illnesses like hypertension and obesity, I believe that identifying and investing in better routines is the first step toward longevity.
As a wellness curator, I combine high-level physical training with the ancestral wisdom of shamanic practices. I create pragmatic, holistic solutions for individuals and communities by identifying the limiting factors—physical, mental, or energetic—that stall progress. Together, we build the programs, routines, and rituals necessary to overcome challenges and plateaus. I provide the strategy and the tools—you provide the action.
